Our health is at stake in the twenty first century owing to three primary risks attached to our diet. The first involves the preservatives or chemicals introduced to keep the food items salable for a long time. The second is the wide-spread and extensive use of fast foods and the last, but not the least is the production of food through modern scientific methods which has lowered the nutritional value of food. All these innovations to improve the food production business and meet public demands are sacrificing health standards which doesn’t help with the growing health hazards in our society
